✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of NeuroQuizz — on mobile (Android / iOS) or web — you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement (13 years or older)
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

NeuroQuizz is an educational platform designed to help users study and learn through gamified flashcards, quizzes, and interactive exercises.

• The app is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only
• Users must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use NeuroQuizz
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• You may not use the app for any purpose other than personal learning and education

To access NeuroQuizz features you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account

• By uploading content, you grant NeuroQuizz a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service to you
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload (text, images, documents)
• You must not upload copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder

Our content: NeuroQuizz, its design, logo, code, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of NeuroQuizz without our written consent
• The NeuroQuizz name, logo, and trademarks are exclusively owned by MA

🤖 5. AI-Generated Content

NeuroQuizz uses MiniMax AI to generate flashcards, exercises, and study content from documents or images you provide.

• AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should review AI-generated flashcards before using them as a study resource
• Content you submit for AI processing is used only to generate your study material and is not stored permanently by the AI provider
• No personally identifiable information is included in AI processing requests

🚫 6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt the service
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the service
• Impersonate any person, entity, or NeuroQuizz staff
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the service
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes third-party rights

• AI-generated content is not warranted for accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroQuizz and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated study material
• Interruptions in service availability
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
